¿QUÉ ES LA AGENDA LOCAL 21?
La Agenda 21 o Programa Global para el Desarrollo Sostenible en el siglo XXI surge de la Conferencia de la Naciones Unidas sobre el Medio Ambiente y Sostenibilidad, celebrada en Río de Janeiro en Junio de 1992. Dicho programa sienta las bases para desarrollar estructuradamente una política global que permita alcanzar el desarrollo sostenible, es decir, la integración de los aspectos:
